Manuscrit maghrébin du XIXème siècle, 264 feuillets à 25 lignes par page, à l'encre noire et rouge. Hauteur: 22 cm. Reliure orientale à rabat usagée dans sa partie interne, décorée de motifs à froid et de médaillons centraux. La mention de la date a été grattée, ainsi que le nom du calligraphe dans le colophon. Annotations marginales et sur le premier contre-plat. Date d'acquisition notée sur le recto du 1er feuillet: 16 moharram 1364 [1er janvier 1945
Manual of Musulman law, according to the Mukhtasar de Khalil ibn Ishaq [dit Sidi Khelil, 14. century and to the cheikh Mayyara (1594-1662), commentary on the Thufat al hukkam (d'Abou Bakr Ibn Asim al Gharnati, (died 1426), with the title Al bahja fi charh at-tuhfa. - Magrebian manuscript of the 19. century, 264 leaves with 25 lines per page, written in black and red ink. Heights: 22 cm. Oriental binding with flap, blind tooling and medallion. The mention of the date and of the name of the calligrapher had been scrapped away. Some annotations on the margins and inner cover. The date of acquisition on the recto of the 1st leaf: 16 moharram 1364 (= 1st January 1945).
