Einzelblatt. Ghazel aus dem "Divan". Außergewöhnlich feine 10zeilige Handschrift in superbem Nasta'liq auf gewachstem, orientalischen Papier. Leerstellen gefüllt mit Blumenornamenten in rot, blau und weiß auf vergoldetem Grund. Iran (Safawiden Periode), Mitte 16. Jhdt. Blattgr. 190 x 110 mm, Darstellungsgr. 125 x 60 mm.

Ten lines of superb Nasta'liq in clouds on waxed, oriental paper. The empty spaces decorated with tendrils of flowers on golden ground. The flowers in red, blue and white. Fivefold framing in red, gold and blue. - In the style of Mir 'Ali. Measures: Sheet size: 188 x 111 mm. Iran (Safavid period), middle of the 16th century.
