Vignette; 2 gest. Initialen, 5 Textvignetten und 100 Kupfertafeln; sämtliche Kupfer nach I. D. Campiglia. XXXV, 111 SS., 1 nn. S. Kalbsldr. des 18. Jh. mit schwachen Kreuznarben auf sieben Bünden, 2 Rs. (Bezug berieben, Vorsätze rücks. stockfleckig).

Graesse III, 120. - Aus der in insgesamt 12 Bänden von 1731 bis 1762 erschienenen Beschreibung der Kunstschätze in den Uffizien aus der Sammlung der Medici. - Unter den Statuen die berühmte "Venus Medici". Mit gest. Wappenexlibris von 1724 des schottischen Parlamentariers George Baillie "One of the Lords of the Treasury" (1664-1738), sowie mit mod. Exlibris. - Wenige Seiten außen etwas braunfleckig. - 18th century calfskin with faint cross scars. (Cover rubbed, endpapers foxed on back). With engraved coat-of-arms bookplate of 1724 of the Scottish parliamentarian George Baillie (1664-1738), and with modern bookplate. - Few outer pages somewhat brown-stained.
