Erste Ausgabe des vollständigen Supplements. - Stafleu-C. 1664. Nissen 594 (beide unter Elwes). - Die ersten 7 Lieferungen von A. Grove und A. D. Cotton mit Tafeln von Lilian Snelling erschienen 1933-40, die Lieferungen 8 und 9 mit Illustrationen von Margaret Stones 1960 und 1962. Die Monographie von Henry John Elwes (1846-1922) zu den Lilien war 1877-80 erschienen. - Die prächtigen Tafeln mit Darstellung der ganzen Pflanze sowie meist nicht kolorierten Darstellungen von Knollen, Samen und Blättern. - Lieferungen 8 und 9 doppelt vorhanden. - First edition of the complete supplement. - The magnificent plates with the illustration of the whole plant as well as illustrations mostly not coloured of bulbs, seeds and leaves. - Issue 8 and 9 existing twice. - Original wrappers (marginal damages, partly soiled).
