"Novus Planiglobii Terrestris Per Utrumque Polum Conspectus". Weltkarte in 2 Hemisphären in Polprojektion; oberhalb in Wolkenornamentik Titelfahne, Sonne, Mond u. Armillarsphäre, unten in der Mitte fig. Kart., flankiert von 2 Szenen mit Adam u. Eva. Altkolor. Kupferstichkarte bei G.Valck, Amsterdam um 1695. 40,5 x 52,5 cm.
Shirley 459: bis auf die Verlegeradresse unveränderter Abdruck von J. Blaeu's Platte, entstanden zwischen 1672-73. "The projection used is not a common one and it has been suggested that Blaeu intended this special map for the Spanish ed. of the ,Atlas Maior' which was never completed. No revisions to the map itself appear to have been made by Valck and the armorial shield remains blanko". - Re. Quetschf.
