(1883 edition) I, S. 261, 8. - Sehr seltene erste Ausgabe. - First edition of Desbillons's The Art of Being Well. - "Desbillons (wegen seines reinen Lateins der letzte Römer genannt), geb. 1711 in Chateauneuf, Jesuit, war Lehrer an dem Collegium Ludwigs XIV. in Paris, ging nach Aufhebung der Jesuiten nach Mannheim u. starb daselbst 1789" (Pierer's Universal Lexikon). - Am Ende 5 w. Bl., davon 8 S. mit hs. Testament des Autors u. unterschrieben: "F.Desbillons". - Bound in at the end are five leaves, 8 pages manuscript containing the last will and testament of the author: "Testamentum ad modum Rai, Dni Trau Josephi Desbillons, Holographum" signed at the end: "F. Desbillons."
