Bierens de Haan 3579. - Späte Ausgabe, erstmals 1662 erschienen. - Van Nispen (1628?-1717) was a mathematician and certified surveyor who worked for the local authorities and as a private teacher, but he also worked as a bookseller and publisher. The first work explicity notes that it is intended for students, young practicioners and anyone who deals with land merchants.
