Er veröffentlichte dieses Werk nach vierjährigen Reisen während derer es ihm gelang nachzuweisen, 'daß die vier Flüsse Muni, Mundah, Gabun und Rembo nur Küstenflüsse sind, daß dagegen der Ogowe der einzige große Fluß dieser ganzen Region ist'. - Tls. stockfleckig.
