Pescarzoli 3862-63 (Ausgabe 1593 u. 1596. - Erstmals 1591 erschiene Beschreibung der Altertümer und Bäder Pozzuolis; Teil 2 (Opusculum de balneis Puteolorum) in lateinischer Sprache. - Mit einer Schönen Umgebungskarte von Pozzuoli bis zu den Ufern Ischias; die Holzschnitte überwiegend mit Ansichten von Pozzuoli, Solfatera, Avernersee, Baia, Kap Misenum, Cuma, etc. - Tls. etw. braunfleckig, sonst schönes Exemplar. - Early description of Pozzuoli and surroundings, with folding woodcut map (21 x 35 cm) "Descrittione di tutto l'amenissimo paese di Pozzuolo e luoghi convicini" which also has a lengthy letterpress text to its left, and 17 half-page woodcut illustrations in text. Only slightly brownspotted, otherwise fine copy in contemporary vellum.
