Laut Graesse I, 160 in nur 100 Exemplaren gedruckt. Das hübsche Frontispiz zeigt ein altrömisches Kücheninterieur. - Tls. gering gebräunt, hs. Besitzverm. a.V, Ebd. etw. fleckig, insgesamt schönes Exemplar. - Second edition of Lister's edition, first published in London 1705. The most famous cookbook of Roman antiquity. According to Graesse I, 160 only 100 copies printed. - The pretty frontispiece shows an ancient Roman kitchen interior. - Slightly browned in places, binding somewhat stained, overall a nice copy in a contemporary vellum binding.
