129-3626 Hackbarth,Joe
(1931 Belgard, Pommern - Falken-Gesäß 2000). Phantastisch surreale Komposition mit Figuren, Ölgemälde von 1969, gerahmt.
Hackbarth war deutscher Maler des phantastischen Realismus war zunächst Jazzmusiker, dann Maler. 1945 kurz vor Kriegsende floh er aus Pommern in den Westen. 1949 bis 1957 arbeitete er äußerst erfolgreich als Jazzschlagzeuger in der Gruppe von Wolfgang Lauth. Mitte der 1950er-Jahre wandte sich Joe Hackbarth der Malerei zu, ab 1960 bis 1965 erprobte er verschiedene Stile und fand Mitte der 1960er-Jahre zu einem eigenen, hier: Surreale Komposition mit Menschen, Tieren und magischen Wesen, Öl/Holz, 35 x 42 cm, l. u. sign. u. dat. In 1945, shortly before the end of the war, Joe Hackbarth fled from Pomerania to the West. From 1949 to 1957 he worked extremely successfully as a jazz drummer in Wolfgang Lauth's group. In the mid-1950s Joe Hackbarth turned to painting, from 1960 to 1965 he tried out various styles and in the mid-1960s found his own, here: Surreal composition with people, animals and magical creatures, oil/wood, 35 x 42 cm, l. u. sign. a. dat.
