Henry Franklin-Bouillon (1870-1937) war Journalist, Propaganda-Offizier und Politiker spezialisiert auf die Deutsch-Französischen Beziehungen während und nach der Zeit des ersten Weltkriegs. "Franklin- Bouillon war der einzige Abgeordnete der Radikalen Partei der den Versailler Vertrag nicht ratifiziert hatte, was in seiner Überzeugung begründet lag, daß der Vertrag die französische Sicherheit nur ungenügend gewährleistete." (Wikipedia). - Innen zum Teil noch unaufgeschnitten. Guter Zustand. Das erste w.Bl. mit hs. Widmung des Autors an M. H. Franklin-Bouillon: "To M. H.
