Nissen ZBI 3780; Ward & Carozzi 2005. - Zweite lateinische Ausgabe von La vana speculazione disingannata dal senso, übersetzt von Monsignore Bottari, der der Buchhändler Monaldini die Dissertatio de glossopetris hinzufügte, in der Colonna behauptete, dass Glossopetrae keine vom himmlischen Zorn abgeschlagenen Pfeile seien, auch keine Vipernzungen, sondern Haifischzähne. - Second Latin edition of La vana speculazione disingannata dal senso, translated by Monsignor Bottari, to which the bookseller Monaldini added the Dissertatio de glossopetris, in which Colonna maintained, that Glossopetrae were not darts chipped by the heavenly anger, nor viper's tongues, but shark's teeth. - Modern buckram, entirely untrimmed. Somewhat foxed, dampstain to lower margin.
