Seltene Karte von Malta mit den Nachbarinseln Gozo, Comino und Cominotto. - Das nach Südwesten orientierte Kartenbild ergänzt durch eine große Kartusche mit einem Plan von La Valetta (ca. 16 : 26,5 cm) mit seinen umfangreichen Befestigungsanlagen, erläutert durch eine seitliche Legende 1-37. Aus de Rossis Mercurio geografico. - Bis an den Plattenrand beschnitten und aufgelegt, obere Ecken dort leicht leimfaltig, leichte Läsuren der Mittelfalte hinterlegt. - Rare map of Malta and the adjacent island of Gozo, Comino and Cominotto, with a plan of La Valetta and its fortifications in the lower half of the sheet. - Trimmed to the platemark and laid down on paper, upper corners with slight creasing caused by being glued to the paper, centrefold reinforced.
