Erste Ausgabe. - Holme stellt mit diesem Band, wie zuvor im Sonderheft für "The Studio" (1908), zahlreiche Arbeiten im neu eingeführten Autochrome-Verfahren vor (seit 1907 einsatzfähig). Das teure, aufwendige Verfahren fand vor allem in Frankreich Verbreitung und blieb bis Anfang der 30er Jahre bestehen. Mit Arbeiten u.a. von J. Craig Annan, Alvin Langdon Coburn, Frank Eugene, Heinrich Kühn, Baron Adolph De Meyer, David Octavius Hill, Gertrude Käsebier, Clarence White und einem Textbeitrag von Dixon Scott ("Colour Photography"). - Unterlagen tls. stockfleckig.
