jurisprudence. Compilation de jurisprudence selon des cadis et des juristes de l'Islam réputés, traitant d'affaires civiles et commerciales sous forme de questions et de réponses.Recueil composé de deux textes bien distincts. Manuscrits maghrébins de deux mains du XVIIIème et de la fin du XIXème siècle, de 212 feuillets, composé de deux séquences, la première commençant par «... le cadi de Sijilmassa Abou Salem Ibrahim ibn Hillal ibn Ali a dit». Elle est datée de 1142 [1729] , la seconde, à partir du feuillet 44, commence par «Yahia ibn Mohamed al-Hattab al Maliki dit». Hauteur: 30 cm. Manuscrit rédigé à l'encre noire et rouge sur papier filigrané, de 31 lignes par page, avec filets encadrant le texte. La calligraphie est plus dense dans la deuxième séquence, 38 à 39 lignes par page. 14 feuillets manuscrits sur papier ordinaire sont joints, placés à la fin du volume, traitant également de jurisprudence. Reliure orientale à rabat, abîmée et déboîtée, avec motifs à froid et médaillons. Mouillures, petites galeries sans dommage au texte.

Miscellany consisting of two distict parts. Magrebian handwritings of two different hands of the 18th and the end of 19th century, 212 leaves in two sequences - - The first begins with: ..."the qadi de Sijilmassa Abou Salem Ibrahim ibn Hillal ibn Ali said" from 1142 [= 1729], the second, starting with leave 44, begins with "Yahia ibn Mohamed al-Hattab al Maliki said". Height: 30 cm. Handwriting in black and red ink on filigree paper with 31 lines per each page, with filets around the text. The second part is with 38-39 lines per page, 14 leaves bound at the end of the volume. Oriental leather binding with blind tooling and medallion (worn and with some deteriorations). - There are some wormholes in the manuscript, withot affecting the text.
