rite malékite De la vente et des transactions commerciales. Manuscrit maghrébin du XIXème siècle de 350 feuillets, de 18 lignes par page sur grandes marges, à l'encre noire. Hauteur: 23 cm. Manque à quatre feuillets, note au crayon sur le premier contre plat indiquant la date d'acquisition, 3 Rabia II, [6 août 1932]. Reliure orientale à rabat, avec motifs à froid, et médaillons.
Muslim law. Maliki rite, concerning sale and commercial transactions. Magrebian handwriting of the 19. century, 350 leaves and 18 lines to each page with black ink. Large margins. Height: 23 cm. Four leaves are missing, this is mentioned on the inner cover with pencil and also mentioned is the date of buying: Rabia II, [= 6 August 1932]. - Oriental leather binding with blind tooling and medallion.
